1.1 What is APUSO INFOTECH PVT LTD.?
  • The domain name factoryup.in as well as the software (“Website”) is provided by [APUSO INFOTECH PVT LTD., (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “We” or “Our” or “Us”)]. The Website serves as a platform for providing [services including but not limited to collecting database of manufacturers of various products and/or overseeing the manufacturing of such products for the clients of the Company (being the end users of the products) (“Users”).
  • CUSTOMER DATA: factoryup.in, in lieu of providing its Services shall host and collect data and information. factoryup.in may or may not review, share, distribute, or reference any such User Registration Data (as defined in the Terms of Use) and/or any other data or information provided by the Users. The records of all the User Registration Data and/or any other data or information may be viewed by third parties (including Users and other Users) or accessed for the sole purpose of the Services provided by the Website, or for resolving a problem or support issues, or due to any suspected violation of the Website’s Terms of Use or as may be required by the applicable law. 1.3 What is Personal Information?
  • “Personal information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or is likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.
  • The SPI Rules further define “sensitive personal data or information” of a person means such personal information which consists of information relating to:

    • physical, physiological and mental health condition;

    • medical records and history;

3. Registration Process
  • 3.1 Eligibility: Please note that to register with the Website and to enter into a valid contract with the Company, Users should be eligible to enter into and perform legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Company shall not be held responsible and/or liable if the User provides any false information regarding its/his/her age. The Company can delete any Users account/take all necessary steps, if it becomes aware that the User is not eligible and has provided the Website with false personal information.
